Trip / Ladder Charge $15 Applied if a ladder is required or if we must dispatch a maintenance member for a quick fix (under 5 mins).
Basic Maintenance $35/hr Standard tasks: adjusting fixtures, tightening hardware, smart home checks, and simple diagnosis.
Advanced Maintenance $55/hr Skilled labor: Drywall repair, painting, dryer vent cleaning, HVAC drain lines, and basic plumbing/electrical.
After-Hours / Holiday $75/hr For urgent issues outside M-F 9am-5pm.
*Licensed work (Major Electric/Plumbing/HVAC) is referred to 3rd party pros.
