Laundry your way

Laundry is required for each turnover. Choose the annual linen program or owner-linen washing at $20 per estimated load. Optional beach-towel washing is also $20 per estimated load.

Additional property care

Discuss amenity restocking, outdoor and BBQ cleaning, trash-can curb visits, and maintenance. Each service has its own scope and billing basis.

Scheduling and access

Confirm checkout and arrival windows, calendar coordination, access, storage, and the contact for changes. Our team confirms service timing and availability.

What’s included—and what’s optional

Your property-specific checklist defines the final scope. Heavy buildup, excessive debris, and restoration work require separate review.

Whole-home reset

Routine surface dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and selected touchpoints. Reach, access, and surface-care requirements are agreed before service.

Trash and amenities

Interior trash removal and selected amenity restocking. Choose owner-supplied inventory, the Essentials bundle, or customized quantities in the quote tool.

Living and dining areas

Routine cleaning of accessible surfaces and floors, with agreed furniture and décor staging.

Kitchen

Counters, sink, appliance exteriors, and microwave interior. Additional appliance interiors and unusual buildup are reviewed separately.

Outdoor areas and BBQs

Outdoor furniture and grill cleaning are separately scoped services. Confirm any included entry touch-up so it does not overlap with paid outdoor work. Pressure washing, heavy grease restoration, and deep upholstery work are separate.

Bathrooms

Toilets, showers and tubs, mirrors, sinks, and reachable fixtures. Fresh towel staging follows your selected linen arrangement.

Bedrooms

Bed changes and staging using the selected linen arrangement, accessible surfaces, and floors.

Linens and laundry

Laundry service is required for every turnover. The annual program covers core sheets and bath linens, routine laundering, and program replacement protection. Owner-linen washing is $20 per estimated load; owners supply and replace inventory.

Optional pool/beach-towel washing is $20 per estimated load and is billed separately from the core annual fee. On-demand blanket washing is separately priced.
